Rational UltraVent, condensation hood

The condensation technology of the UltraVent condensation hood completely binds vapours in enclosed spaces and expels them via the integrated exhaust system. Vapours are automatically extracted using a fan, even when the cooking chamber door is open. This prevents both fumes and annoying smoke, such as those produced during grilling and frying. Air extraction systems are not required.
